A corporation is a collection of individuals accredited by the government, enabled to enjoy privileges of acting as one body.  With the authorization of a corporation, this individual entity is considered as an “artificial person” in the sense of owning property and the enjoying of rights, being distinct from the person composing the establishment.

 

This 5-day course will demonstrate how business goals aren’t “one-size fits all” and neither is incorporating.  When deciding which kind of corporation fits your business strategy, consider some of the differences each kind offers.  Before you decide how you want to structure your business, you’ll need to know what your options are. Earn 15 credit hours/continued education.
